Return Policy

  • Customers may return products within 48 hours from the date of receipt, provided the product has not been opened or used.

Exchange Policy

  • Products may be exchanged within 5 days from the date of receipt, provided the product has not been opened or used.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • All accessories, gifts, and original packaging must be included.
  • The product will be inspected by our specialized team before the return or exchange is approved.

Shipping Costs

  • If the customer wishes to return or exchange the product, the customer will bear the shipping costs for the return or replacement.

Shipping the Returned Product

  • The return or exchange shipment must be handed over to the shipping company specified by Triple Crown within 48 hours.

Refunds

  • In the case of a return, the paid amount will be refunded via bank transfer to the customer’s account after the product has been inspected and approved.
